13th HVOF Colloquium 2026

The 13th Colloquium on High Velocity Oxy Fuel Spraying will take place for the 13th time on  October 29 and 30, 2026, at the Stadthalle Erding, Germany. The two-day bilingual (German-English) event, organised by Gemeinschaft Thermisches Spritzen e. V. (GTS), will once again bring together experts from research, industry and practical application. The colloquium will not only address topics related to high-velocity spraying, but will also highlight current trends, technological developments and new approaches across all areas of thermal spraying. It will therefore provide a comprehensive overview of the state of the art and the future direction of the industry.

The main focus will be on innovation, sustainability, digitalisation and data analysis. In doing so, the colloquium addresses key future issues for the industry. Particular attention will be paid to powder manufacturers, who are working on alternative materials and sustainable solutions. The continuing advance of digitalisation in media supply and system technology will also be discussed, as it opens up new possibilities for process control, quality assurance and efficiency.

System manufacturers will also present innovative new developments as well as systems currently available on the market. The programme will be complemented by practical reports, in which companies will provide valuable insights into their challenges and solutions, contributing to a lively and productive exchange of experience. Renowned experts from research, industry and practice will explore the topics of the 13th HVOF Colloquium 2026 in more than 20 presentations and introduce the latest developments. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for the presentations. The lecture programme will be complimented by a fully booked exhibition with twenty-three exhibitors from eight countries and provide ample opportunity for exchange.
