Boge Compressed Air & Gas Solutions will present compressed air and nitrogen supply systems for sheet metal processing at EuroBlech 2026. The focus will be on on-site nitrogen generation for laser cutting, which enables oxide-free cut edges and can reduce subsequent rework.
For laser cutting applications, the company will demonstrate on-site nitrogen generation for producing oxide-free cut edges and reducing subsequent rework. The LaserPack system consists of a nitrogen generator, a hydrogen catalytic converter with a refrigerant dryer, product and system tanks, a high-pressure booster and a PED cylinder bundle for storing nitrogen. Integrated into the LaserPack, the combination of a PN series nitrogen generator and the H₂CAT hydrogen catalytic converter generates high-purity nitrogen from ambient air directly on site. According to BOGE, nitrogen with a purity of up to 99.999% can be produced. The company states that the two-stage process can reduce energy consumption by up to 50% compared with conventional methods.
The company will also present oil-injected screw compressors from its S-4 series with power ratings ranging from 38 to 75 kW. The series is designed for applications with a consistently high compressed air demand, including multi-shift sheet metal production.
Compressed air management
The airtelligence provis 3.0 control system connects components within the compressed air network and analyses system performance. The system can also be used for proactive maintenance and remote monitoring. According to the company, the software supports energy audits in accordance with ISO 50001 and allows photovoltaic systems for on-site electricity generation to be integrated.
At EuroBLECH 2026, Boge will therefore present systems covering compressed air supply, nitrogen generation and compressed air management for sheet metal processing.
