Songwon at K 2025

Songwon Industrial, expert in polymer stabilization and specialty chemistry, will present its portfolio of high-performance, forward-looking solutions at K 2025 (October 8 through 15, in Düsseldorf, Germany) and its continued investment in the future of the global chemical industry.

Guided by a forward-oriented approach to innovation, Songwon delivers a broad range of products that support its chemical industry customers to remain competitive and compliant, but also ready for the future. In close collaboration with customers and industry partners, Songwon aligns technical capabilities with emerging needs to anticipate change and deliver value-adding products. Over the years, it has expanded its portfolio of high-quality additives to address the needs of today while preparing for the challenges of tomorrow.

As sustainability and circularity continue to shape industry priorities, customers are seeking resource-efficient solutions that deliver high performance while meeting environmental expectations. In line with this, Songwon is responding with an experimental product, XP2121, developed for lower-quality recycled polypropylene and Songnox PQ, designed to improve the processing of recycled LDPE/LLDPE films.

Songwon also offers customers tailored products to address diverse industry challenges. For example, Songsorb 5710 is a benzotriazole UV absorber suitable for a wide range of polymers, including TPU, PU foam, PVC, PVB, PMMA and PC that enhances performance while delivering reliable protection and long-term durability across various applications.

The Songstomer TPU range offers polymer processors a wide spectrum of grades suitable for extrusion, injection molding and calendering while delivering consistent, high-quality performance with reliable processing and excellent batch-to-batch consistency. The Songstomer TPU portfolio also includes polyether grades with shore hardness A and D that meet stringent international cable standards, making them suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications.
