The Future of AI

Courage and speed for a strong digital future

The USA is setting new standards with its Stargate project: 500 billion dollars are set to be invested in building modern AI infrastructures. While Germany risks falling behind, centron is showing how the German middle class can not only keep up but actively shape digitalization. Dominik Seucan, Head of Operations at centron, provides insights into the company's strategy and vision.

Dominik Seucan explains what sets centron apart from international providers: "Large international providers often have to develop solutions for the global average. We, on the other hand, offer high-end technologies that are tailored to the specific needs of the German middle class and European regulations." With its own data center in Germany, centron offers high-performance cloud and GPU services as well as a unique close proximity to its customers.

"The multi-billion investments in the USA show that we cannot afford to lose the race for technological dominance. Germany and Europe must act now to avoid falling behind." He considers ambitious investment programs essential: "We need fast and straightforward funding decisions that connect research, startups and the middle class. This also includes consistent support for digital infrastructure such as fiber optics and 5G." However, for Seucan, it's not just about funding but also about a vision that builds trust: "Data protection and ethics are not obstacles; they are European strengths. A European AI quality seal could enhance competitiveness and simultaneously set clear standards that build global trust."

Technological innovation: Cloud-GPU services as the key to AI

A special focus of centron is on GPU cloud services specifically developed for AI applications. Seucan emphasizes: "Our GPU cloud services enable medium-sized companies to scale highly parallel computing power flexibly and cost-effectively." A practical example shows how these technologies are used: A medium-sized company in the medical sector is using centron's GPU cloud to develop AI models for image analysis. "Thanks to our infrastructure, they were able to shorten the development time for new algorithms while ensuring top-level data protection," Seucan explains.

Vision for the Future

Seucan describes centron's long-term goals: "Our goal is to support businesses in every phase of their digital transformation – with scalable solutions, sustainable technologies and personalized consulting." He also emphasizes the importance of partnerships: "By collaborating with research institutions and AI software providers, we can convert innovations into market-ready products more quickly and offer our clients access to the latest technologies."
