Digitization at DVS: Pilot Project with EWM Launched for Direct Data Transfer

As part of its digital transformation, DVS – German Welding Society e. V. is focusing on innovative solutions to optimize its processes. A key initiative is the pilot project for direct digital data transfer between company software and the DVS PersZert register for the personnel qualification of specialists and managers in the field of joining, cutting, and coating.

EWM GmbH is participating as a pilot partner with its Xnet software solution, which was developed specifically for the requirements of welding technology. The goal is to increase efficiency, minimize sources of error and increase transparency through automated interfaces. At the same time, user-friendliness is improved and the security of sensitive data is guaranteed, in compliance with all applicable data protection regulations.

The current state of development can be tested live at the DVS joint stand at the trade fair. The project exemplifies how digital technologies can shape the future of certification processes in a sustainable manner.
