Fuchs Lubricants to Showcase Cutting Fluid Solutions at IMTS 2026

Fuchs Lubricants, an independent lubricant manufacturer, will bring its metalworking expertise to IMTS 2026, taking place September 14 through 19 at McCormick Place in Chicago Il, USA. At booth 431832, the Fuchs team will highlight high-performance metalworking and cutting fluids designed to help aerospace, defence, automotive, off-road equipment, energy, medical, consumer-product and contract-manufacturing operations improve productivity, control operating costs and address evolving health, safety and chemical requirements in machining environments.

Leading the showcase will be Ecocool Global 1000, an aerospace-grade, water-miscible cutting and grinding fluid engineered for high-performance machining. Based on patented technology, the fluid delivers advanced lubricity, cooling and foam control for difficult-to-machine materials, including titanium, nickel-based alloys, aluminum, stainless steel and steel.  Ecocool Global 1000 is a multifunctional solution for drilling, turning, milling, threading and grinding operations. Its specialised lubricity package helps support high metal removal rates, extended tool life and strong surface finish performance, particularly in titanium and nickel-based alloy machining. The fluid also provides low foam formation, high-pressure stability, effective wetting and rinsing properties, long bath life and compatibility with a broad range of water hardness levels.

Formulated to address demanding machining, health, safety and chemical requirements, the fluid is free of boron, secondary amines, formaldehyde-releasing biocides, MEA and silicon. It meets chemical registry requirements in the world’s top 19 industrialised economies and supports globally consistent operations with one formula available around the world. The product has approvals and conformance supporting aerospace and advanced manufacturing applications.

Beyond aerospace machining, Fuchs will highlight metalworking and cutting-fluid solutions for aircraft, space and missile components, defence and government production, automotive and transportation parts, agricultural, construction and off-road equipment, energy exploration and power-generation equipment, consumer products and appliances, medical and dental components, and the varied production needs of machine shops and contract manufacturers.
