IIW 2026 Annual Assembly

Registration is now open for the 79th IIW Annual Assembly and International Conference on Welding and Joining, which will take place from July 12 through 17, 2026 in Salzburg, Austria. The event will bring together experts, researchers, industry representatives and early-career professionals from around the world to exchange knowledge, discuss recent technological developments and support international cooperation in the field of welding and joining.

Participants are encouraged to register early to benefit from the early bird rate, available for a limited period. Early registration also provides access to the full technical programme, sessions, social events, and accommodation options, subject to availability.

Information on the Accompanying Persons’ Programme, offering activities in and around Salzburg, is also available.
