1st International Underwater Welding Competition

The 1st International Underwater Welding Competition will take place on September 14 at the SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN fair. A diving container will be installed for the event in the underwater technology presentation area in Hall 7 at the fair.

8 contestants will prove their skills in a theoretical and practial test. A prominent, independent jury (Dr.-Ing. Matthias Pöge, Walter Henz and Dipl-Ing. Roland Blendel) will evaluate the quality of the underwater welds. The winners of the competition will receive interesting prizes.
