MetalFab Laser Welder and CNC Cutter Premiere

Following a global launch earlier this year, xTool debuted its MetalFab system for the first time at a European exhibition during Laser World of Photonics 2025 in Munich, Germany.

xTool MetalFab is an integrated handheld laser welder and fiber CNC metal cutter, offering six functions in one platform. Tailored for creators, workshops and small businesses, MetalFab simplifies complex metalworking tasks making high-precision fabrication accessible to more users than before.

Key features include:

  • 1200W Industrial Laser Power – Featuring Coherent chips for top-tier energy conversion and performance
  • Simple Switchable Modes – Quick transition between handheld welding and CNC cutting
  • AI-Assisted Workflow – Dual 16MP panoramic cameras with intelligent layout optimization (98.7 % utilization rate)
  • Precision Metal Cutting – ±0.1mm accuracy with cutting speeds up to 400mm/s
  • Smart Gas Management – Save up to 50 % on gas usage with optimized pressure control
  • Exclusive Technologies – VibeFreeCut, ObstacleFree and FlexiTrack for smooth, safe, real-time operation
  • With the ability to cut 10mm carbon steel and a user-friendly 8-inch touchscreen, MetalFab transforms the laser metalworking experience.
On-site service team now supporting Europe.

xTool's on-site service team, xTool Squad, has officially entered Europe to provide local service support. Through a network of Professional Hubs, Service Stations and Demo Rooms, the initiative ensures users can confidently operate the xTool MetalFab with peace of mind. The xTool Squad enables hands-on product trials, real-time support and personalized guidance.

“Bringing the MetalFab to Europe for the first time is a milestone," says the xTool team. "Through xTool Squad, we’re not just delivering tools – we’re empowering users to innovate locally, with the full backing of global expertise."
