MicroStep Introduces New Tube Laser

MicroStep Introduces New Tube Laser

At the TUBE trade fair, MicroStep Europa introduced the new MSE TubeFL fiber laser. The laser was in continuous demonstration mode during the five days of the trade fair. As part of the growing portfolio of the MicroStep Industry powered by Accurl brand – the laser presented its precision, speed and versatility.

"TUBE 2024 was exactly the right stage for us. The fair gave us a great opportunity to connect with customers and showcase our diverse portfolio. We are very pleased that we have reached concrete deals at the trade fair and would like to thank these customers for their trust in our solutions and our team," said Johannes Ried, Managing Director of MicroStep Europa GmbH.

With high-quality components and automated loading and unloading, the fiber laser enables reliable and efficient processing of round tubes, profiles and beams. The series is available as both a 2D and 3D solution and can be designed for diameters from 12 to 510 mm and lengths up to 12 meters. With laser sources up to 12 kW of power, the MSE TubeFL offers all the options to be a production pacesetter for customers in the plant and mechanical engineering, energy and air conditioning technology, automotive and agricultural sectors, for example.

In addition to the MSE TubeFL, MicroStep Europa also presented the company's various other solutions for tube processing using plasma, laser or oxyfuel at TUBE 2024 – including combined cutting systems for the 3D processing of tubes, sheets, profiles and domes. These solutions are already established in many production facilities and offer multifunctionality and process reliability resulting in time and cost savings.
