Vitronic is an innovation driver for machine vision. The automated inspection system, Viro WSI, inspects weld seams inline on powertrains, car bodies, and in the battery production process.
Viro WSI identifies even the smallest deviations and provides inspection data for documentation and process optimization. The software Weldloop integrates external process data from the welding line. It enables data-driven optimization of welding and inspection processes and reduces manual operations. In addition, Vitronic offers performance through optimal welding processes, for example through defect-free laser welds in cell and module production for e-vehicle batteries with the new Viro WSM.
