Redefining Vocational Skills Training for Welding

Skillveri is a tech-first innovator that’s redefining vocational skills training for the next generation of the blue-collar workforce. The company is headquartered in Delaware, USA, and is a provider of immersive simulation-based training. Skillveri builds multi-skill simulation platforms using eXtended reality (XR), virtual and mixed reality (VR & MR) technologies to offer gamified training modules for acquiring skills like welding, spray painting, blasting, HVAC repair, solar panel installation and more. The platform is designed to bridge the widening skill gap in trade-based roles by helping learners build muscle memory and gain job-ready expertise.

Skillveri’s training solutions are valuable in vocational and technical education settings. With fully immersive 3D experiences and HD-resolution displays inside the VR headsets, students can build proficiency in high-demand trades while cutting down on consumable usage by up to 70 %. Users report a 50% reduction in work rejection, 40 % reduction in rework and improved worker safety. In the US, Skillveri has deployed its simulators across 95 high schools, 8 community colleges, 4 correctional facilities, totalling 300 units across the country.

Looking ahead to 2026, Skillveri is targeting expansion to 50–60 more schools and colleges across the United States.
