Smart welding fixture exchanger

The smart welding fixture exchanger is characterized by its simplicity and the ability to carry out a welding fixture quickly and easily. A “normal” pallet truck can be used to load and unload the positioner.

The pallet truck also gives the users the freedom and flexibility to choose the logistics route. The system is upgradable for AGV (automated guided vehicle) functionality. The sensors ensure automated welding fixture recognition and the correct program is started.
