Solysol Arc-Tech welding technology center

Solysol is a team of qualified professio-nals within the field of welding, having many years of experience assisting companies with their most challenging projects where welding quality and welding productivity matter. In their Welding Technology Center, Solysol can develop and verify welding procedures for a wide range of materials using manual, semi-automatic, fully automated and robotic arc-welding processes, as well as other state-of-the-art welding processes.

Their goal is to provide the most suitable processes and procedures that best fit the customers needs. Using their experience and know-how, welding procedures are developed by making trial runs. The welded samples are then tested in order to verify they meet all of the project requirements. Finally, the processes and procedures are implemented by educating and training the customers’ welding personnel (engineers, inspectors & coordinators, and welders), by qualification and certification.

The right equipment can also be commissioned to successfully execute the job. Solysol is involved from production planning, to quality control, to joint discussions with their clients customer. By monitoring and following up at each phase of the respective project they can help reach optimal productivity and cost targets, while meeting applicable standards and requirements. They also use their extensive experience in technical and commercial negotiations as they relate to welding fabrication. Solysol can assist, guide, educate and certify (with AWS certification) their client‘s commercial team, helping to provide added value to their product offer when discussing with customers.
