Syensqo Signs New Long-term Supply Agreement With Boeing

Syensqo has entered into a new multi-year agreement with Boeing to continue supplying advanced material solutions for Boeing’s commercial and defense programs.

According to the company, Aerospace is Syensqo’s largest end market and accounts for around 20% of the company’s net sales. The agreement covers applications in primary and secondary structures, interiors and surfacing.

Syensqo states that Aerospace is a major application area for the company, where materials science expertise is used in the development and supply of products for aircraft manufacturing. The company provides a portfolio of lightweight materials, including advanced composites and structural adhesives, for use in aircraft structures and interiors. These materials are intended to support weight reduction, durability and operational efficiency.

“It is an honor to continue our partnership with Boeing and to supply advanced materials from our global manufacturing footprint in support of Boeing,” said Rodrigo Elizondo, President, Syensqo Composite Materials. “Aerospace is a strategic priority for Syensqo, and this agreement reinforces our position as a partner to the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers. This agreement also reflects the strong commitment of our teams to put customers first and to build lasting, collaborative relationships.”
