XXL Dust Collection Container for even Longer Extraction at Source

Anzeige

xFUME® COLLECTOR adds greater flexibility to welding fume extraction

For both automated and manual welding applications, extraction performance is not the only factor that matters. The dust generated must also be collected safely without frequent maintenance interruptions affecting system availability. This is exactly why ABICOR BINZEL developed the xFUME® COLLECTOR – an XXL dust collection container with a capacity of 50 liters that can be connected to the xFUME® COMMANDER fume extraction system and replaces the system’s smaller dust box.

Less maintenance, greater system availability

The xFUME® COLLECTOR dust collection container was designed primarily for use with industrial robots and welding cobots. However, when combined with the xFUME® COMMANDER extraction system, it also makes manual operation easier. Longer emptying intervals allow welding professionals to focus on the job at hand.

Expansion module provides greater flexibility

This modular solution makes it easy to switch between the stationary version with the XXL dust collection container and the mobile xFUME® COMMANDER version with a dust box. The xFUME® COLLECTOR is available as an expansion module for existing xFUME® COMMANDER extraction systems or as a complete system with a three-phase xFUME® COMMANDER and 2.5 kW motor. The complete system therefore supports reliable extraction at source during continuous automated welding operations.
