Salina__dee tests TIG extraction torch
Anyone who does not see fumes during TIG welding can easily underestimate the health risks posed by harmful emissions. However, these welding fumes – which are usually highly harmful to health – are present and are released into the ambient air. In the video, Salina demonstrates how the xFUME® TIG from ABICOR BINZEL performs in practice. Particularly interesting: Despite its integrated fume extraction system, handling is comparable to that of a standard TIG welding torch. Her conclusion is correspondingly positive. The torch fits comfortably in the hand as usual, the welding fumes are reliably extracted directly at the source, and the welding results are impressive across the board.
