Welding technology for greater efficiency and workplace safety

Pressure on welding operations is increasing: processes must become more cost-effective while maintaining consistently high quality. At the same time, occupational health and safety requirements are becoming increasingly important. Modern welding technology must therefore do more than simply deliver high-quality welds. Manufacturers need solutions that support efficiency, flexibility, and worker protection in equal measure.

How this can be achieved in practice will be demonstrated by ABICOR BINZEL together with THERMACUT and PT Photonic Tools at the ABICOR GROUP booth during EuroBLECH 2026, taking place October 20–23 in Hanover, Germany, hall 16, booth F-18.

Visitors can experience innovative welding solutions live, including the new xFUME® ABIROB® TA for hollow-wrist robots, combined with the three-phase xFUME® COMMANDER and xFUME® COLLECTOR for fume extraction at the source. Also on display are the EWR 3 Net gas management system, the iBOTone® welding cobot as an easy entry point into automation, and ABITIG® TEX for automated tungsten electrode exchange in robotic TIG welding. Laser joining and process monitoring solutions will also be available on request.

Weld better. Automate more easily. Weld with greater flexibility. Where? At ABICOR BINZEL. Why? Because workplace safety and weld quality deserve equal priority.
