Sumig Intelitorch is a MIG/MAG welding tool equipped with a programmable electronic device which is capable of analysing and controlling the welding process parameters in real-time, interfering and avoiding failures.
The equipment can identify many users, parameterized by one password-protected administrator, monitoring the welding’s machine current and voltage, interacting with the welder on-time, warning if using the parameter out of the procedure specification and interrupting the machine in case of reaching critical parameters. Additional benefits that can be enforced are the goal of training welders in practice and the possibility of the standard parameter’s calibration from the power source panel.
