ABM-30 is a portable auto-travel trackless beveller producing accurate high quality double side bevels up to 30 mm wide without thermal distortion or creation of heat affected zone on plate thickness range 8 to 60 mm.
It features an infinitely adjustable bevel angle between -70 and +70°. The Rail Titan is a fully modular mechanized tractor that can be custom configured for TIG-MIG-MAG welding, oxyfuel or plasma cutting and gouging applications on flat or curved plate, tube and pipe. A linear torch oscillator produces straight, triangle, trapezoid and square weld paths. Optional accessories include tactile probe seam tracking and motorized vertical torch slide for automatic torch height control. PPCM is a CNC controlled pipe profile cutting machine allowing 3D cutting/bevelling using oxyfuel or plasma. Advanced design and top-quality components enable fast and efficient cutting with top quality results. It features integrated library of macros for parametric definition of typical pipe joints.
