Deloro Wear Solutions will be presenting wear protection solutions at SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN in Essen, Germany, from September 15 through 19, 2025. The company will be demonstrating how integrated welding systems and welding materials based on cobalt and nickel ensure greater efficiency, durability and process reliability. Deloro supplies machines and corresponding materials and uses them on a daily basis in its own component production: This 360° view allows the company to respond to customer requirements – from the selection of materials to the development of suitable welding parameters.

“Customers benefit from solutions that have been tried and tested in practice and are ready for immediate use,” explains Jasmin Lang, Director Welding Material & Equipment. “Our strength lies in the combination of material expertise and application experience.”

Automated technology meets process reliability

At the trade fair, Deloro will be demonstrating, how process reliability and efficiency are possible even in the face of a shortage of skilled labour. The company's consulting expertise will take centre stage. With experience in mechanical engineering and knowledge of materials, Deloro supports its customers in the selection and integration of suitable cladding solutions – including automation through pre-programmed welding profiles and an intuitive user interface for systems.

"Particularly in an industry that is heavily dependent on the expertise of its skilled labour, our automated solutions help to safeguard processes and compensate for bottlenecks. The systems can also be operated efficiently by less experienced personnel," emphasises Jasmin Lang. Another focus of the trade fair presentation is on the broad portfolio of materials. With powders, wires, rods and electrodes based on cobalt and nickel – including the Stellite, Tribaloy, Nistelle and Deloro Alloys brands - Deloro offers solutions for wear and corrosion protection in a wide range of applications.
