The inaugural IF Digital Award at SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025 in Essen, Germany, recognises the best digital solutions that are shaping the future of joining, cutting and coating technologies. Oscar PLT will showcase its ProFocus digital repair technology as a contender for the award.

ProFocus offers a fully integrated digital workflow for laser wire remanufacturing. Powered by automation, robotics and AI, it is especially suitable for large metal components and challenging materials such as cast iron.

Those unable to attend SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025 can still benefit from the expertise of Oscar PLT’s specialists by scheduling a personal tech advice session. These consultations provide answers to individual questions and help identify which technology best fits specific needs::

  • Participants can share their application or challenges and experts Dr.-Ing. Tobias Gustmann and Ulf Jasnau will suggest possible solutions.
  • The consultation is not a sales pitch; instead, it offers an objective overview of different 3D-repair technologies.
  • If Oscar PLT’s systems are not the right fit, Tobias and Ulf will recommend alternative technologies.

A no-obligation consultation is an opportunity to explore how metal additive manufacturing and repair welding could strengthen business performance.
