Welding Cobot iBOTone – Simply Configure It Yourself

Anzeige

Anyone who uses a welding cobot in their production has very individual reasons. Perhaps there is a lack of welding specialists or increasing quality requirements and time pressure require a rethink of the production process. A welding cobot such as the iBOTone from Abicor Binzel takes on this pressure from the very first component. And because the reasons for using a welding cobot are so varied, interested parties can now configure their iBOTone themselves online.

The user is guided through the system in a self-explanatory manner. The result is an individually configured iBOTone including iROB welding power source and robotic torch, such as the liquid cooled ABIROB W 500, the gas cooled ABIROB A 500 or a gas or liquid cooled xFUME ROBO robotic fume extraction torch. At the end of the configuration, the cobot welding system is fully equipped and “ready to weld”.

In times of a shortage of skilled workers, increasing deadline pressure and high quality requirements, the iBOTone configurator from Abicor Binzel offers a smart solution. With just a few clicks, an individual welding cobot can be put together that is precisely tailored to the needs of a production process.
