A plasma-nitrided welding table such as the XLNC from Schweißtisch24 is suitable for demanding welding and assembly work. Thanks to its robust construction, precise manufacturing and versatile functions, this table offers the ideal working basis for professionals in workshops and metalworking.

Key features of a plasma nitrided welding table

  • Robust construction: With a top thickness of 15 mm and 25 mm made of S355 J2+N steel, the table offers stability for even the most demanding jobs.
  • Precise production: The CNC-milled surface enables precise work, which is particularly advantageous for complex welding projects.
  • Durable surface: The plasma-nitrided coating increases the hardness and wear resistance of the work surface, making the welding table extra durable and able to withstand even intensive use.
  • Flexible hole grid: A precise hole grid with 100 × 100 mm and 16 mm or 28 mm diameter offers maximum flexibility when fixing workpieces. The chamfered and milled hole openings provide additional ease of use.
  • Advanced functionality: An engraved scale and line grid directly on the work surface facilitate precise positioning and measurements.

Versatile dimensions: Available in the sizes

  • 2000 × 1000 mm
  • 2400 × 1200 mm
  • 3000 × 1500 mm

Equipped with table legs and adjustable feet, the table allows individual height adjustment and a secure stand.
