CNC machine tools, lasers, sheet metal cutting and bending machines, welding technologies, tools, measuring systems, automation and solutions for modern manufacturing plants – from April 6 through 9, 2027, Expo Kielce will once again bring the industry together. Industrial Spring returns on a larger scale; for the first time, the trade show cycle will make full use of the new exhibition hall.
For the industrial sector, recent years have brought a constant need to improve productivity, precision and production flexibility. Companies are investing in faster machining centres, laser technologies, process automation, quality control and solutions that reduce material and energy consumption. At the same time, investment decisions are becoming more demanding. Businesses want to know not only the specifications of a machine, but, above all, how it will perform in their own production facility and what results it can deliver. This practical focus has long been a defining feature of Industrial Spring at Expo Kielce. Here, machines display cutting, milling, welding, grinding, measuring and carry out the processes they were designed for.
The new expo hall opens up more possibilities for Industrial Spring
For the first time, Industrial Spring will be able to take full advantage of the new exhibition hall. The facility offers approximately 15,500 m2 of exhibition space, plus an additional 3,000 m2 of mezzanine space. Extra space is particularly important for industrial trade shows as exhibits include large machine tools, machining centres, laser cutting machines, welding stations and complete production lines, all of which require not only sufficient room but also suitable technical conditions. In the new expo hall displays can be expanded, accommodate larger stands and demonstrate more complex technologies in action.
From metalworking to finished-part inspection
Machine tools and tooling are showcased alongside sheet metal processing technologies, lasers, welding, surface treatment, pneumatics, automation, robotics, 3D printing and industrial metrology. This allows visitors to view the production process as a whole. A visit is the opportunity to compare machines, select tools, explore automation options for production workstations, find quality control solutions and discuss technology integration with suppliers.
Machines at work
When it comes to industrial investment, a technical catalogue or online presentation is often not enough. Factors such as machining quality, operating speed, changeover times, ease of programming, automated loading and the ability to integrate equipment into an existing process all matter. That is why live demonstrations of machines and complete production processes are such an important part of Industrial Spring. One example from 2026 was the industrial painting demonstrations at Expo-Surface, where visitors could observe coating application and see equipment operating under conditions similar to those found in real production environments. The same applies to demonstrations of machine tools, laser equipment, welding systems and measurement technologies. Visitors can see the results first-hand, speak directly to manufacturers or process engineers and assess how a machine’s capabilities match the needs of their own businesses.
Technology, backed by expertise
Industrial Spring's programme of expert-led sessions, developed in cooperation with industry, engineering and academia, is another important element of the event. At the most recent edition, experts discussed topics including advanced welding processes, materials testing, and the quality and safety of technological processes. Cooperation also continued through the Metrology Cluster, which brings together organisations involved in measurement and quality control. In 2027, discussions will continue to address the challenges facing modern manufacturing plants, including machinery upgrades, automation, digitalisation, quality, process efficiency and the implementation of new technologies.
