E3 PRO: The Popular E3 Tungsten Electrode – but even better

Anzeige

Sponsored: When choosing the right tungsten electrode, you always have to consider which properties are most important for the welding task. Does the electrode need to ignite reliably? Is it important to have a very stable arc? Does it need to be suitable for AC welding? Is a long service life required? Most tungsten electrodes excel in one of these areas, but have shortcomings in the others. What if there were a TIG electrode that fulfills all the necessary properties?

For many years, welders have used the E3 tungsten electrode from Abicor Binzel because its outstanding properties have proven themselves in every respect and it can replace all others. This electrode has now been further developed into the E3 PRO.

For all applications and materials

No joke – the E3 PRO surpasses all expectations for an all-round electrode. Even at low amperages, it boasts superior ignition properties compared to the standard E3 electrode, is optimized for all current types (DC and AC) and material groups, has an even longer lifespan and manages every welding process. It can be used for both manual and automated welding. Furthermore, it is thorium-free and therefore completely non-toxic to humans and the environment. Labeling is therefore unnecessary. Used E3 PRO electrodes can be disposed of directly with regular household waste.

This is the result of a special composition of the E3 PRO, which consists of rare earth oxides. A newly developed manufacturing process results in a particularly fine and homogeneous structure. Its color code is purple and gold.

That sounds too good to be true? Get a pack from your welding supplies store and test for yourself.
