State-of-the-art Circular Tech Automation

Foxway unveils a state-of-the-art circular tech automation

Foxway has reached a major milestone with the launch of its advanced automated warehouse system at its largest processing center in Tartu, Estonia. Originally built in 2022 with a clear vision for automation, the facility is now setting new standards in efficiency and scalability for the refurbished mobile industry.

In 2022, Foxway processed 1.5 million devices, and by the end of 2024, that number had grown to almost 2.7 million. With this trajectory of year-over-year organic growth, the company anticipates processing over five million devices within the next five years in Tartu alone. To support this growth, investments in automation are key to ensuring faster processing, reducing errors, and increasing capacity to fulfill multiple device sales orders simultaneously.

“Scaling up circular solutions requires both innovation and efficiency. With automation, we’re not just processing more devices - we’re ensuring accuracy and speed while reducing complexity,” says Oliver Kotkas, Operations Director at Foxway. “This system is a testament to our in-house engineering expertise, combining world-class hardware and software to create solutions that set the industry standard”.

For Foxway, automation isn’t just about reducing manual work - it’s about making smarter, more efficient decisions that support sustainable business growth. Choosing to engineer systems with in-house knowledge, rather than relying on off-the-shelf solutions, Foxway remains ahead of the curve and continues to push the industry forward.

The ability to engineer custom solutions in-house not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures that Foxway can grow its processes to meet evolving market and partner demands. This ensures our customers can partner with the most innovative player in the market while advancing scalability. With more automation initiatives already in the works, Foxway is committed to driving the future of circular tech.
