Modular System Solutions

At Schweisstec 2025 Cloos Schweisstechnik will show practical live demonstration featuring modular system solutions and forward-looking technologies for flexible and efficient welding production.

Modular robot systems

One highlight of the trade fair presentation is the compact standard robot system, which demonstrates various welding processes and components in a modular design. The cell impressively shows how Cloos technology can be flexibly scaled and integrated into a wide variety of production environments – from single-part to series production.

Cobot ArcBoT

With ArcBoT, Cloos presents a collaborative solution for the automated welding of small quantities and varying component geometries. The programmable cobot is designed for flexible production environments. Among other things, it uses the MoTion Weld welding process – an energy-reduced, low spatter short arc with reversing wire, specially developed for thin sheet metal.

Qineo welding machines

The Qineo series stands for quality "Made in Germany" and offers a platform for all modern welding processes. All Qineo devices have a modular design and can be adapted to new requirements – whether through retrofitting, component replacement or integration into digital production environments.

Automated grinding

In addition to welding, Cloos also provides information about solutions for automated grinding. This growing area offers potential for increasing productivity and maintaining consistent quality – especially for demanding surface requirements and recurring processes.
