Panasonic will be showcasing live welding demonstrations showcase MAG, MIG, and TIG processes in real time, providing insight into process stability and weld quality. The Twin Harmonized Robot Welding system features two synchronized robots operating in a coordinated manner to achieve efficiency, precision and cycle-time reduction. Specialized welding processes support the joining of demanding materials such as galvanized steel, structural steel, and aluminum.

Advanced software integration enables automation with offline programming capabilities and ensures process traceability for quality management. The Plug & Play compact welding cell, equipped with a Panasonic welding robot and a tilt-and-turn positioner, offers a flexible, space-efficient solution designed for small to medium production volumes, with simplified programming and fast deployment.
