SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025 [EN]

NDT Italiana presents new liquid penetrants for high temperature, up to 200 °C on hot weldings. Elite K71HT is the red penetrant; Elite RHT1 is the remover; Elite D200 is the white developer. All these products are used together in liquid penetrant testing at high temperatures, up to 200 °C (400 °F).

Save on cooling time of large masses: it is enough to decrease temperature down to 200 °C (or less) instead of 50 °C as required by the standards.

  • Save on necessary energy to bring the piece at the preheating temperature.
  • Low content of sulfur and halogens according to the standards
  • In accordance to standards EN 571, EN ISO 3452-2,EN ISO3452-5, ASTM E1417, AMS 2644, ASME Sez. V Art.6, RCC-M, REACH
